Hi and Welcome!

I’m Tina (Christine) McCrory,MCD CCC-SLP owner and primary Speech and Language Therapy provider for Tiny Doors.

I finished my Masters of Communication Disorders here in New Orleans at the LSU Health Sciences Center in 2008.

I am a fully licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), accredited (CCC- certificate of clinical competence) through the national board of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology (ASHA) https://www.asha.org/ , [ASHA license number-  12137996] as well as the Louisiana Speech and Language Association. https://www.lsha.org/ [ LSHA Louisiana SLP license number #5937]

I have worked in a variety of settings and places! Settings include Early Intervention and Preschools here in New Orleans, as well as Elementary, Middle and High Schools in Southern California. I have also worked in private clinics in Southern California. I have had the exciting experience of working with students with speech and language needs (including Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Language Delays) in Nepal and India.

I speak conversational French and Spanish.

I love learning about other languages and cultures! I am thrilled to be able to help people find their voice and and to promote their individual expression and their learning capacity.

I love baking, enjoying live music, theater and comedy, swimming in the ocean, riding a bike through this beautiful city, and spending time with friends, family and my Mainecoon cat, Tara.
